One MOT testing bay and three service ramps, four mechanics, and all makes and models welcome. Here is the full list, in plain English, with what each job actually involves.

MOT Testing
We have our own Class 4 MOT testing bay, so cars and small vans are tested here in Haslemere rather than sent off somewhere else. Where the diary allows we'll get the test done the same day. If something fails, you get a phone call explaining what it is and what it will cost before we touch it — and because the workshop is the same building, the repair and the retest happen under one roof.

Car & Van Servicing
Three service ramps mean we can keep servicing moving without your car sitting in a queue all week. We use quality parts and oil, check the things that tend to bite later — brakes, tyres, fluids, filters, lights — and write down what we found so you know what's coming next time rather than being surprised by it. Vans are welcome too, not just cars.

General Repairs
Most of what we do is ordinary repair work done properly: brakes and discs, clutches, suspension, exhausts, cambelts, cooling systems, the jobs that keep a car on the road. We work on all makes and models, of any age. You get a quote before work starts and a call if anything changes, which is the whole point — no unexpected costs on the invoice at the end.

Diagnostics
A warning light is a symptom, not a diagnosis. Our trained staff plug into the car's systems, read the stored faults and then check the actual component before recommending anything — because throwing parts at a fault code is how bills get big for no reason. You'll get told what the fault is, what's causing it and what the fix costs.

4x4 & Land Rover Specialists
Two of the technicians here trained as Land Rover specialists in main dealerships before joining us, so Defenders, Discoverys, Freelanders and Range Rovers get looked at by people who already know the platform's weak points. That's servicing, diagnostics, suspension and the usual 4x4 jobs handled with dealer knowledge at an independent garage's rates. We still service every other make as usual.

Collection, Delivery & Courtesy Cars
Being without a car is the annoying part of a garage visit, so we try to take that away. We can collect your car and bring it back, or put you in a courtesy car for the day. If you'd rather wait, there's a waiting room with free Wi-Fi so you can get on with work while the car's on the ramp. Ask when you book — these get spoken for quickly.
A few things worth saying plainly
- All makes and models. Petrol, diesel, cars and light vans, new or twenty years old. If we genuinely cannot do something we will tell you, rather than take the job and learn on your car.
- No prices invented on this page. Labour and parts depend on the car, so ring with the registration and you will get a real figure for your vehicle before anything is booked.
- We only work in Haslemere. The workshop is on the Weydown Road Industrial Estate and that is where the work happens — collection and delivery is local.
- You decide on extras. Anything we find on the ramp gets a phone call and a price. Nothing goes on the bill that you have not agreed to.
